R10 Unit Cost for Trifectas on Races in Malaysia

All TAB and TAB Gold customers must please note that with effect from the race meeting at Selangor on Sunday 17 August 2025, the unit cost of a Trifecta on races in Malaysia will increase to R10 with no fractional betting.

Until now the unit cost of Trifectas on Malaysian races was R1 with a minimum bet value of R10, but the unit cost has now been upped to R10 following a request from the Malaysian racing authorities. The unit cost of Exacta and Trio bets remains R1 with a R10 minimum.

Full details of commingled TAB and TAB Gold bets on races in Malaysia are below. Please note fractional betting is not available.

ALL RACES: Commingled Win, Place, Exacta, Quinella (FIRST, SECOND any order – only if 7 runners or more), Swinger (only if 9 runners or more), Trifecta, Trio (FIRST, SECOND, THIRD any order – only if 7 runners or more). ALL commingled bets no fractional betting with R1 unit except Trifecta R10 unit; minimum bet R10 for Exacta, Trio and R6 for all other bets (minimum EACHWAY Bet = R6 Win, R6 Place = R12). A 5-horse Trio Box (10 combinations @ R1 each = R10) can be played.
