The Buccaneers sealed their spot with a victory over Richards Bay, while Gallants edged past Lamontville Golden Arrows 4-2 on penalties following a 2-2 draw.

Orlando Pirates will enter the final with significantly more experience on the big stage. Their last victory in this competition came back in 2011, and they’ve reached the final nine times without adding to that lone title. Marumo Gallants, meanwhile, will approach the final as underdogs, yet they carry into it a growing belief and a recent taste for knockout success. Their dramatic semi-final win showcased character: after going behind, they surged ahead before Golden Arrows forced a draw, then held their nerve in penalties. Goalkeeper Washington Arubi was key. This will be their first final appearance in the competition, and a chance to rewrite their club history.
